Split Atom Labs Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through our iOS game, Land of Livia (the “Game”).

1. Information We Collect

We use third-party analytics services to help us understand how users interact with our Game, improve gameplay, and fix bugs. These services may collect non-personal data such as:

App version, device type, and OS
Game interactions and screen views
Crash data and performance metrics
General location (e.g., country/region)

This information is collected anonymously and is used in aggregate to analyze app usage and improve the user experience. We do not use this data to personally identify any individual user.

2. In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. We do not store or access payment information.

3. Advertising

We display ads in our Game using third-party advertising networks. These services may collect data to personalize or improve ad performance, including:

Device identifiers (such as IDFA)
Interaction with ads
Usage data for targeting and measurement

In compliance with GDPR, users in the EEA are shown a consent prompt regarding data usage for personalized ads. You may withdraw consent at any time through app settings or device privacy options.

4. Attribution & Marketing Analytics

We use AppsFlyer, a mobile attribution and marketing analytics provider, to help us understand how users discover and interact with our Game. AppsFlyer collects certain data to measure the performance of advertising campaigns and track app installs and in-app events.

This may include:

IP address and device information (e.g., IDFA)
App usage data and in-app behavior
Basic location data (based on IP)

This information is used to optimize advertising and improve our marketing efforts. We do not use this data to personally identify users.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our Game is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
